Beechwood Dental in the Community

AN ETHOS OF GIVING BACK Giving back to our community has always been very important to the team at Beechwood Dental. As one of the leading dental practices in Dublin, we are incredibly proud of our track record in supporting local and national charities through a range of not-for-profit activity and sponsorship.

Every year we donate to a host of charities, including €3.5k to Spinal Injuries Ireland and €2k to Autism Ireland through the purchase of signed rugby jerseys which we proudly display in the practice. Alongside these donations, we sponsor and donate to a range of local & national fund raising initiatives which are run either by local schools or by patients of the practice.

In addition t0 this, we have made it our practice policy to support one key charity every year, and for 2012 and 2013 that charity is the Peter McVerry Trust.

The Peter McVerry Trust Family Day Cycle
Our flagship charitable initiative is the annual Family Day Cycle in aid of the Peter McVerry Trust for homeless teens in Ireland.

The inaugural event was held in October 21st 2012 and was an outstanding success, raising just over €10,000 for the charity.

Beechwood Dental’s 2013 Fundraiser

The 2013 event takes place this Sunday October 13th and once again Beechwood Dental are proud to be headline sponsors and organisers, along with Dr. Micheal O’Tierney of Cambridge Clinic and Dr Kevin Tempany of Ranelagh Eye Centre. As well as this event, the team at Beechwood are donating their time on Saturday 12th October as part of a fundraiser day in the practice. All appointments are now fully booked out, so well done to all who booked in and supported us.
